Whether you are desiring to lose weight, tone muscles, feel better about yourself, decrease discomforts, build strength and endurance, increase flexibility, rehabilitate from injury, have more energy or you simply need some help unwinding, we are here to walk (and sometimes run) you through the experience.
We draw upon our experience and training from a variety of traditions- including Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Mat Pilates, prenatal and postpartum yoga, functional fitness training, core stability and balance, assisted stretching, pranayama/breath work, pilates reformer and endurance training techniques. Sanctuary teachers all come with quality expertise in their specific areas of focus. Additionally, if you are interested in deepening your subtle body practice, we are happy to facilitate guided relaxation and meditation.
Private sessions take place in the comforts of your own home, in the beautiful outdoors, or at our local studio within Colorado Fitness.
