Shamanic Journeying

Shamanism is the belief that every living being has an energy, a light, a “Godspark,” and becomes a way of life knowing that we are all connected.

Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice that continues to thrive. Many people are discovering that connecting to the helping spirits, the elements, and nature are not confined to the chosen few, but available to all.  A drumbeat is used for the shamanic journey to access the theta state, a meditative state that increases creativity, enhances learning, reduces stress, and awakens intuition. A broader perspective is shown in a journey by accessing the compassionate spirit world, where well-being, insight, and wisdom increase. A Michigan medical research grant was recently published about patients with heart issues who used shamanic healing techniques to gain wondrous positive results.  Monthly shamanic journey sessions are offered to practice the journeying basics. There will also be weekend workshops in Basic Journeying, Soul Retrieval, Medicine for the Earth, and Healing with Spiritual Light, as well as ceremonies to honor the seasons. This class meets once a month.  $10 per class.

Shamanic Counseling Private Sessions  Contact Barb to schedule a private session.

“Folks with heartfelt questions need to take this personal, intimate journey with Barb. She literally holds your hand through the session while sharing the wisdom she is given from the helping spirits. I have practiced journeying myself without the wonderful results a journey with Barb gave me. It offered me the relaxation I needed to be more open to possibilities. I have a knowing now of the true aura of love, support, and encouragement for me coming from the spiritual world. I am moving forward with more confidence, surety, and growing excitement in my life.” To schedule a session:
