Lunch Hour Yoga Mix
Tues/Thursday 12:15-1
45 minutes devoted to our core muscles- abs, glutes, inner thighs, pelvic floor and back. Class begins with 5 - 10 minutes of focused vinyasa, followed by heat generating exercises to warm up from the inside out. The rest of the class is dedicated to a "get the job done" style that guarantees to ignite the internal flame. All levels of practice welcome. Open Level
Sunrise Flow Yoga
A wonderful way to start your day! Prana Flow Yoga that emphasize finding the balance between the active solar energy and the more receptive lunar energy within us all. Friday a.m. is a benefit which is included in all current Colorado Fitness memberships. Friday's practice tends to promote the softer lunar energy that we need at the weeks end. Open Level.

Prenatal Stretch, Strengthen & Relax
The practice of Yoga, linked with the breath will bring awareness to your body, mind and spirit, and help you connect with your growing baby. The postures help to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. They will also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.
Inside you is an innate wisdom that intuitively understands the natural process of birth. We help you reconnect with this wisdom, guiding you through a class specifically designed for the ever-evolving journey through pregnancy, to the birth of your child.A safe, open community with your instructor and other pregnant women, allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing. No prior yoga experience necessary. This class is currently set up as a session class for January and March of 2012.
Intermediate Prana Flow Tuesdays at 6pm
Prana Flow is a form of yoga that is based upon intelligent sequencing, which leads the student through a vinyasa style flow with the intent of preparing the body for "peak asanas" which happen towards the end of class. Poses that you may have formerly thought were out of reach can often become a reality through this progressive method of sequencing. This Tuesday night class is for those yoga students who maintain a regular yoga practice and who have been studying for a minimum of 3 years.
