Description for Tiffany's Classes
Monday & Tuesday Open Vinyasa

These classes incorporate the alignment principles of Anusara and Iyengar traditions while also offering students the freedom to explore grace through the fluid movements of Vinysasa sequencing. Classes always begin with a thorough grounding meditation and end with a well-deserved savasana. Expect a wide variety of postures, from deep meditative stretches to invigorating standing sequences, all seamlessly connected with dynamic breath and the natural pulsation between establishing stability and expressing freedom. Tiffany incorporates a continually evolving soundtrack, poetry, yogic philosophy, and free-form movement into every session. While these classes tend to be energetic and strengthening, they are open to students of all levels. Modifications are always offered so that all students can get what they need from their practice.
