Lunch Hour Yoga Mix

45 minutes devoted to our core muscles- abs, glutes, inner thighs, pelvic floor and back. Class begins with 5 - 10 minutes of focused vinyasa, followed by heat generating exercises to warm up from the inside out. The rest of the class is dedicated to a "get the job done" style that guarantees to ignite the internal flame. All levels of practice welcome. Open Level


Sunrise Prana Flow Yoga

A wonderful way to start your day! Prana Flow Vinyasa that emphasize finding the balance between the active solar energy and the more receptive lunar energy within us all. Wednesday a.m. is a benefit which is included in all current Colorado Fitness memberships. Open Level.

Restorative/Slow Yoga with Kadie

In this class we will practice yoga at a slow pace, focusing on breathing, and using breath to flow into our asanas. Body appreciation will be at the core of our weekly practice and we also spend some time on specific strength exercises, as well as easy, but powerful core and back work. This class will be practical for anyone, from beginners to practiced yogis who can use these breathing foundations on which to to build their practice.Those with medical conditions, please check with your physician if you have any concerns about attending yoga.


Prenatal Stretch, Strengthen & Relax

No Classes currently scheduled. The practice of Yoga, linked with the breath will bring awareness to your body, mind and spirit, and help you connect with your growing baby. The postures help to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. They will also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. Inside you is an innate wisdom that intuitively understands the natural process of birth. We help you reconnect with this wisdom, guiding you through a class specifically designed for the ever-evolving journey through pregnancy, to the birth of your child.A safe, open community with your instructor and other pregnant women, allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Hip Hop / Body Pump Workshops!

Freestyle vinyasa yoga session with the added benefit of weight training. Come practice to the latest hip hop sounds! No dance experience needed - but feel free to move to the beat of a lively sountrack!


Tue /Thur Sadhana Flow Yoga

The term Sadhana, in Sanskrit, means spiritual practice. Comming from many different yoga traditions, this practice will focus on the essence of yoga, which is an instrument to reveal our authentic selves. All levela are welcome! Thursday mornings are included in the current Colorado Fitness membership. 9:00 - 10:00a.m. Wake-up and stretch!


Vinyasa Yoga Class This fall...

Wed. 6:00 pm Move your body to the beat of trance dance, hip-hop, and contemporary music. Practice incorporates sun salutations with various strength building asanas including standing poses, balancing postures, backbends and inversions. Session ends with meditation and relaxation. * Some yoga expereince is recommended - However, instructor welcomes all levels.


Yin Yoga Workshops

In Yin Yoga we will hold the poses for several minutes to stretch deeply into the connective tissue around the joints. By relaxing into the postures, Yin Yoga will help you to find stillness in the body, breath, and mind. This practice is the perfect compliment to a more vigorous "Yang" style of yoga such as vinyasa. Yin is a a peaceful and quiet practice. Fall dates TBA.

Fundamentals of Yoga

with Karah

Mondays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
No matter if you are a beginning student or someone who would like to refine their practice, this fundemental yoga class will teach you the basic of anatomical alignment. Beginners will learn good structure, athletes that may be very tight will gain greater access while moving at a more structured pace. The focus will be on one main group of muscles or styles at a time (ie twists, forward bends, back bends, etc). There will be groovy music and longer holding poses to get into it!


Mat Pilates

Wednesdays 9-10 a.m.
This class can be attended for free as a benefit of your Colorado Fitness membership. Come and enjoy a twist to basic Pilates - incorporating , stretching, breathing techniques, yoga, core strengthening, ball & band work, and of course Pilates! Start your day of feeling energized and refreshed - classes are Wednesdays @ 9 am. Please wear comfortable clothing, a smile, and we'll provide the rest!
