Join our Yoga and trekking adventure in Nepal!

Join experienced yoga teacher Leia Morrison (500 RYT) & lifelong guide and owner of Alpine Adventures International, Pemba Sherpa for a Nepal experience like no other. The breathtaking mountains, fresh rivers, lush valleys, exquisite temples, rich culture, and friendly people combined with unmatched treks, temple explorations, yoga and meditation will make for an experience of a lifetime.
Our yoga & trekking experience will be carefully designed to combine the best elements of each. Our 3 weeks in Nepal will include a non-rushed trekking schedule, healthy food, daily yoga for weary muscles, breathing (pranayama) exercises to ease breathing at the high altitude and of course, plenty of time to relax, explore and reflect.
The day will begin with a short meditation and a gentle yoga session to awaken you physically and mentally. Our day will either be filled with trekking to our next destination while stopping along the way to appreciate the stunning surroundings or exploring the surrounding villages. In the afternoons we will participate in a meditation, asana or yoga nidra practice. The ancient monastery’s of Nepal will be our “yoga studio”! You do not need to have done Yoga to be part of the adventure, only be willing to try the experience. This combination of trekking, yoga and mindfulness is a sure way to connect with yourself in the natural setting of the world’s highest mountains.
Our trekking page will be relaxed and enjoyable for all levels of hikers. There are some challenging sections though, so it is advisable to practice hill walks beforehand. Trekking in Nepal is the best way to explore the country’s indomitable combination of natural and cultural wonders while walking on pristine trails of the Himalayas. Nepal is known to the world as one of the finest and most sought after trekking destinations and is a place where you can still enjoy the true and unadulterated beauty of the of the landscape and become immersed in the diverse culture and lifestyle of these beautiful people. Our route will take us right through the majestic Himalayas while we venture to various monasteries and villages along the way. It is this combination of mountains and people that have long made Nepal one of the most treasured adventure travel destinations on the planet.

No word for bad. So doesn’t that mean that the base line is not skeptical, negative or cautious, but something much, much more positive?????????
